  • All orders are made-to-order and customized based on the photos and instructions you provide. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom-made gemstone portraits unless they meet the criteria outlined in Section 1.2.

1.2 Defective or Damaged Products:

  • If your portrait arrives defective, damaged, or with a significant error caused by us, you may request a replacement or refund.
  • To qualify, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide proof, including:
    • Clear photos of the damage or defect.
    • Your order number and details.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • If you change your mind after placing the order.
  • If you provided incorrect or low-quality photos that resulted in an unsatisfactory portrait.
  • Slight variations in color, texture, or gemstone arrangement, as these are inherent in handmade and natural gemstone products.
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processes.

3. Requesting a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund or replacement:

    within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Include the following details:
    • Your name and order number.
    • A description of the issue.
    • Photos clearly showing the defect or damage.

Once we receive your request, we will:

  1. Review the issue within 5 business days.
  2. Contact you with a resolution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we begin production, and cancellations will not be possible.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Refunds do not include shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
  • If a replacement is approved, we will cover the shipping costs for the new product.
